Week of 1/10

The kids did a great job learning greater than
and less than last week!

We had fun with our alligator stick friends!

Dear Parents,

I hope the kids enjoyed their first snow day of the year! I don't know about you, but I felt like it was much needed even though it was out first week back! We'll take our tests today that we were supposed to take on Friday and start our new story for the week. Here are the rest of the reminders:

- We did a supply check today. Lots of kids are in need of new sharpened pencils, glues sticks, crayons etc. If you could check with your child this week and grab some new supplies in the next week or two that would be great!

- With the cold weather, please be sure to mark all outerwear with your child's name!

- Spelling words will increase from 8 to 10 this week! They have been doing an excellent job with these!

- Wednesday is a Dress Down Day for the BVM School in North Philadelphia. Their school was flooded and then broken into, burglarized and vandalized. Please send in $1.00 to dress down. Thank you!

- Thursday is picture retake day.

- There will be a Religion test on Chapter 8 on Friday.

- There is no school on Monday, January 18th for MLK Day.
